Cancellation Policy and Class Makeup:
- If the student cancels a session within less than 24 hours then the session payment will be fully charged.
- Cancellations during the indicated weekends or public holidays are considered a short notice.
- Any sessions canceled by the center will be compensated within the validity period of this contract. If the student is unable to attend a rescheduled session then no refund will be made.
- Any sessions that fall during holidays will be compensated within the validity period of this contract.
- Classes cancelled in advance or due to teachers’ absence or public holidays will be scheduled for the group before the end of the phase.
Refund and Sessions Transfer Policy:
- In case of withdrawal from the program with a notice period of:
- More than 4 weeks then 50% of the remaining sessions will be refunded.
- Between 2 and 4 weeks then 25% of the remaining sessions will be refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks notice then there will be no refund of the remaining sessions.
- Any cancelled sessions during the withdrawal period won’t be compensated.
- Sessions transfer is not allowed.
